We are located in Northwest South Dakota in the town of Lemmon, South Dakota.  Lemmon's population in the 2014 census was 1,240.

Accreditation

Fully approved by the South Dakota Dept. of Human Services Division of Developmental Disabilities as a Community Support Provider.
